Missing Purchased Tracks

I went to "Purchased" to re-download for my itunes library and only 2 songs downloaded. However, when I went to see if the store still had the album, it showed that I had purchased more songs from that album than what was downloaded. They won't let me purchase those tracks again. How do I retrieve those other songs that I purchased but didn't show up under "Purchased"? Thanks
