Charges appearing on my credit card - Global collect-Apple Sydney NSW

Can someone provide me with an explaination as to why I would have 8 charges on the same day all adding upto $140.90 new zealand dollars when I can only account for $27.98. I am very concerned that these charges are someone stealing funds using my credit card. How do I find out what each individual charge is for and how do I stop it. I am seriously considering waving goodbye to apple as I am a single parent and cannot afford such expense. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. Where are you apple when you need assistance? I have tried ringing an 0800 number only to be told I am not ringing during business hours. How inconvienent when I need help now!

We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, we won't know what the charges are for.

You can view the purchase history on your account(s) via your computer's iTunes : if you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.

If you don't recognise the charges (and nobody else has access to your account or devices and may have made them) then you can contact iTunes Support via this page (I don't know what number that you were trying, but there isn't a phone number for iTunes Support) :http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

If nothing shows on your purchase history then you may also want to contact your card issuer.
