Charges appearing on my credit card - Global collect-Apple Sydney NSW

We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, we won't know what the charges are for.

You can view the purchase history on your account(s) via your computer's iTunes : if you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.

If you don't recognise the charges (and nobody else has access to your account or devices and may have made them) then you can contact iTunes Support via this page (I don't know what number that you were trying, but there isn't a phone number for iTunes Support) :http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

If nothing shows on your purchase history then you may also want to contact your card issuer.

Looks like the contact pages have changed since I last looked, the 'http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ lick on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page' no longer gives you a list of problem categories like 'Purchases, BIlling & Redemption', just a phone number to call
