How do I claim a warranty?

Make a Genius appointment: Genius Appointment and take your device in for diagnosis. If there is a valid warranty claim then they will replace it for you. Be sure to have your sales receipt or other proof of purchase.

in my country they apple service told me that they will repair it but not replace it.. if they repace they will replace refurbish set .. it is in term and agremment??
