Can I still update iOS 6.12 to iOS 6.13 instead of iOS 7.04 on my iPhone 4S or is this too late?
My iPhone 4S is currently running on iOS 6.12.I just wonder if i can still update to 6.13 instead of iOS 7.04, since the 4S does not runs as smooth as 5 or 5s on the iOS7.
Does the activation need the SHSH from apple, if i update it using 6.13 ipsw file on my computer?
