Press and hold both the home and power buttons 10-15 seconds till the Apple logo appears. Release both buttons. Wait 15-20 seconds till your iPad starts on it's own.

The iPad did start but after I see the apple Logo the temperature thing pop up and it power off it own
Step two, bring it back to best buy.
I just brought one like 2 or 3 month in best buy it was fine this morning and when I when to check on it,it say a message like " your iPad need to cool down " it have been 3 hour and the iPad is cool and still can't turn it on please help!!!
