iPhone ran out of storage during a video

I was recording a video on my iPhone 5, then when I stopped recording it said I was out of storage. Only 18 seconds of my video was saved, is there anyway to get the rest of the video back? Can I delete photos to free up some space then get the video back by connecting it to iTunes or something? Please help me, it was a very important video!!!
