I bought a iPad in Regent Street and your company deducting twice of money from my account

I bought a iPad mini and a smart case for iPad mini in Regent Street, which were cost 374 pounds, BUT your company deducting twice of money from my account, for this problem i have already contect with your service, until now no one repply the email for me and no many back to my account. I NEED MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!! and also you need to reparation my loss, including the phone bills and my bank unplanned O/D fees because of this money you spend from my account lead to my account was overdraft, and i can show you all the information that i describe to you. PLEASE GIVE ME RESPONDS!
