Go to "Functions > Transform > Velocity Limiter.
In the field "Operations on selected Events" chose "Fix".
Press "Select and Operate" and you're done.

It might be worth expanding on this slightly.

Once you have the transform window open you can add your own user sets for the more popular transform commands you do by selecting **Create User set** from the drop down menu top left.

Say you are always quantizing to 1/16, fixing note velocities and and fixing note lengths a certain way, you can program your own user set to do this command in one go. You just select the commands you want to do, rename the user set (by double clicking the 'transform Parameter Set' drop down menu, top left) and it will always appear in your transform window.

You can create a whole load of these different commands depending on what you want to do and it can save you a lot of time in the matrix editor!

Also, its worth noting the key command for the transform window or setting up your own for quick access.

Hope this little tip helps you out
