I have an ipad mini, running jail broken ios 7.0.4
I have it set to sleep after two minutes, but it often doesn't go to sleep. Any thoughts?

Discussion of Jailbreaking devices is not allowed or supported in the Apple Support Communities, but my suggestion would be restore the iPad to remove the jailbreak.
For the record, I am not discussing jail breaking my device. I have a jail Broken device. Just a fact, not a request for jail breaking information.
I'm not making any judgment, honesty I'm not. You are free to do whatever you want to with the devices that you bought and paid for.
I'm just saying that if the device is jail broken, you're most likely not going to get any help here. First of all, because the overwhelming majority of the users here are not jailbreaking and don't have the answers, and second of all other than suggesting that you restore the device to its unjailbroken original factory settings, we are not supposed to be making suggestions as to how you can fix issues with a jailbroken device.
