I recently changed my phone number and I was playing megapolis and iv put about 100-200 bucks Into this game and now iv got a new number I can't access my old city

So I'm work seeing is there a way to transfer what I had on my old number to my new number or can I look in to getting my money back cuz iv put about 200 bucks into this game
