All of the content in iCloud.com is already on your iPad and there is no need to access the account in a web browser. There are some browsers that identify as desktop browsers like iCab and Mercury, and those browsers will let you access iCloud.com, but in my experience, you will have very limited success using them for that purpose.
But, the bottom line is that there is absolutely no reason why you need to access your iCloud.com account on the iPad because everything is already there .... Documents are in the corresponding apps, reminders, contacts, the calendar, the photo stream.... It's all on the iPad.
