Windows stations support

With OS X 10.9.1 and Server.app 3.0.2 we have had major issues with Windows station support. With on install, the Windows 7 clients set up in Open Directory on the OS X server are losing connection at least once a day or more. The only solution is a reboot of the server. With two other locations we found that Windows XP users could not log in unless they were configured in the Local Directory. Open Directory users fail to log in properly at all.
