Q: I have my iphone 5 for 7 months now and from time to time, my contacts, without notice, get scrambled, i.e., multiple contacts go into one, or I lose contacts....How does this happen and why?   And is there a quick fix to reset the contacts as they were?

I have my iphone 5 for 7 months now and from time to time, and without warning, my contacts get scambled, i.e., multiple contacts become one.   I am losing my patience.   Help.
