Q: My iMac started running slow after Mavericks instal, Please Help

So i intsalled Mavericks and my computer has been spinning and spinning and the internet is slow as all get out now.  Just seems like she is taking forever to think about evertyhing.  An suggestions or info would be great.  I attached a report from Etresoft below.  thanks in advance
