I have this problem too. I want the kids to be able to play CBeebies games but not visit any other sites and it used to work fine. Now the site works but the flash games don't load up. If I turn off the parental controls then they load ok but I don't really want to do that.
This is because the website is loading the flash part of the program from another web address that has not been allowed. In the case of athletics.co.uk you also need to enable 3plearning.com and it should work.
Actually... getting it to work requires adding the following sites as bookmarks!

flags.3plearning.com
images.3plearning.com
community.mathletics.com

west.cdn.mathletics.com
