so im stuck I cant change countries because i still have Chf 70 cents which is not enough to buy anything.

this is really stupid planning on the part of apple.

this is why people open 2 acounts.

what am I supposed to do ive spent hours on this.!!!

help.

You will have to contact iTunes Support to see if the balance can be removed. If not, you may have to add a debit/credit card to the account and buy something more than the store credit balance thats currently on your account. Since you wouldnt have enough store credit to pay for the item , it will take from your debit /credit card on account. Therefore, leaving your account balance 0.00
