For iCloud doc issue, fully sign out on all your devices (after a data backup, if necessary) and login again. It takes a few minutes (or hours, depending on location and network connection. In China it takes a whole night.) to sync everything for the first time. Keep in mind that contacts, calendars, reminders, Safari bookmarks & reading list will be synced prior to your other data, so be patient -- it may take some time before your own apps function as expected.
