Mail Accounts suddenly gone on 3GS

Hi there.

I just shook my head, when I realised today, that suddenly all my Mail Accounts, Notes and icloud User Data was gone on my iphone 3gs.

Until yesterday night, everything worked fine, and i could work with all of my accounts by apple mail.

This Morning when I wanted to check my Emails, no account was there anymore.

There was the setup prompt to configure email accounts.

closed app, started again, same thing.

reboot, same thing

reset (home and power) same thing.

For that i had to check my mails now, i´ve been adding 3 of my accounts, but i think somehow, somewhere, must be my account data?

This can´t just slip away?

PS: Since a few days, the battery life is really going short...
