    I bought a Mac Book Air and create an iCloud user with the work mail address (wrong !!! don't do that ) and a password . I was out of the company and now, after doing upgrades I need to open iCloud but don't remember the password, and again ;  the mail where the authentications go was the one I was using when working in the company and not being under my use anymore . What can I do ?????? Tried to find an answer inside apple or google but nothing . Can anybody help me out with this ? . I have another apple ID under use;  but could not merge or concatenate accounts  . Need help to recover my personal old photos inside the account . REGARDS and THANKS for the space to throw the problem out ahd share with apple community to see if I can find the solution .

Click' See all products and services', then 'More Products and Services, then 'Apple ID', then 'Other Apple ID Topics' then 'Lost or forgotten Apple ID password'.
