The account setting are fine.
Mails are sent but I can't get mails.
What will happen if I will try to delete the file; com.apple.mail.plist,
I did remove it to the trash and when I open Mail he asked me to
register from scratch, If I will do that, I may lose all my mail files.
Maybe other solution.

The first thing to do is to talk to your email service provider. It could be that the problem is of their making. Most providers are reasonable people who will guide you throught the steps necessary to correct a problem.

I did, they said that the account setting are fine.
I opened a new account, all mails came.
Now I try to fix that 2 inbox issue.
Try clicking on the upside down triangle against your inbox; which may combine the boxes.
