Using Airtel 4G LTE on iPhone 5S or 5C

Recently I read this news http://indianexpress.com/article/technology/technology-others/airtel-brings-4g-t o-bangalore-but-limits-it-to-apple-iphone-5s-and-5c/ about one can use Iphone 5S or 5C in India, initially in Bangalore on Airtel's 4G LTE network. Is anybody in Bangalore using 4G on thier Iphone 5S or 5C if yes what speed you are getting there and does Airtel has any plans of taking this arrangement to other cities such as Pune where they already have 4G LTE network.
