How do I view my apps on iTunes 11.1.4?

I plugged in my iPhone 4 to my Mac and I have the app 'Phonto'. I went to the Summary and then clicked on Apps, but it doesn't show the list of Apps? It just shows the screenshots of it and my background. I'm trying to add a font to Phonto but it won't show up anything. In this video, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tx7BIF2jxME the girl explains everything but I can't seem to figure out how to open up the app Phonto (the files thing) and add the font? (I'm using iOS 7.0.4 btw)
