exFAT HDD isn't working on my Mac?

My exFAT hard drive is working on my PC, but is not working on my Macbook pro (reformatting is not an option, very important video files) I am positive it is exFAT.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5)
