Why cant I purchase money on a game? It tells me to go to Apple support, pls help, i want this!

So I got my Apple ID, I verified it and stuff, and this was an Amex gift card ($50) has money and i wanted to buy gems for Blitz Brigade (game, 1.99 for 150 gems)

So i typed my id and pass and it said transaction failed and i have to contact apple... What do i do? I want 150 gems! Pls help.. Thank you..

Have you contacted iTunes Support ? If not then you can do so via this link and ask them why the message is appearing (we are fellow users here on these forums, we won't know why) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.
