Authorizing ipad on itunes

Hi,

I am marsha and i am having trouble authorizing my windows 7 laptop to my ipad. I have already authorized it but everytimr i try syncing movies/ music / apps from my itunes always prompt me that syncing now allowed because my ipad is not authorized.

Need help on this.
