thats a shame i contacted the girl and she said she wiped it ready to use but am i right in saying icloud will still be linked with that girl?she wont give her email which i understand but shewont even gointo her account and take rhe phone off it
If she is able to, she should remove the phone from "Find My iPhone" so that you can use the phone. Ask her to do this or refund your money, because you can't use it as it is. Best of luck.
