Ipod can not been seen in Itunes neither as inside disk

As the title mentions, everytime I connect Ipod does not appear in Itunes neither as an inside disk.

I tried everything, from updating, uninstall itunes, able the usb port for computer to recognize but still doesn't work.

Everytime it connects a message shows up by: "Itunes detects that there is a device but can not be recognize properly"

Is there a way to fix it with out reseting all my music? Don't want to loose all my music.
