Cannot Customize currency in Numbers 3.1

I need to issue invoice in AUE Dirhams....

However this currency AED of "Dhs." is not listed amond the currencies available in inspector for the currency

Is there any way to customize list of available currencies?

Google and Wikipedia tell me that AED is United Arab Emirates Dirham. Have you tried changing the region of the OS to United Arab Emirates?

Or, maybe you can just concatenate the number to the symbol? Use & to concatenate the number to the text.

= 12&"د.إ"

12د.إ

or maybe =12 AED works?

I am not sure if the symbol goes in the front or back. Of course, you'd have to do the calculations with the number before concatenating the text. You could put the real calculations with numbers in a hidden column and just display the results concatenated with the symbol.
