Car phone that needs a SIM

I have a car with a built in carphone (not bluetooth). I've ordered and received 2 SIM cards from my network provider - one of which fits in the car and one micro SIM for my iPhone 4. What is the best way to transfer my contacts to the "car" SIM?

The iPhone does not store contacts on the sim card. It can import contacts from a sim but does not export them to the sim. I was able to accomplish something similar by syncing my contacts to the address book on my computer and then exporting them to an older phone that did have a sim card. Luckily I still had the older phone and had compatible computer software capable of exporting the contacts to it. Cellular providers can copy data from one size sim to another size sim if that becomes an issue.
