Apple is not the worst company.

I have been using my iphone for 15 months and its lock on/off key was not working for a while. I send it technical service in Turkey and they repaired it. but other facilities dont work now. they messed up to my iphone. some bumps is seen and they claim that it was like that. they changes my iphone's camera. i dont understand why? whatever now i send it again and now they want me to pay them money to repair it although it is in warranty.

i had been living US for a while and I know that apple is not the worst company. it is the best I think.

but GENPA, that is Apple's Turkey distributor, exploit the community. they make huge money from selling iphone to community but they do not provide any service which is qualified.

What can I do now to seek justice?

Hire a lawyer in Turkey.

Apple guoidance on service is contact Apple OR your Carrier Avea ,Turkcell,or Vodafone
