Not getting some emails

So I'm trying to reset my password at governmentjobs.com

I click their reset password link and enter my me.com (iCloud wasn't

around when I originally made the account) email address. They

say the email is sent & their FAQ sections garantees they did send it

yet I still do not get it. I do get other emails from them such as requesting

my username, but I do not get the password ones. Their FAQ section

says to contact the email service provider if you do not get the emails.

Its a hassle to contact apple so I'm hoping someone has found a solution

to not getting specific emails, I'm assuming apple blocks them or something.
