Q: what if i purchased a card and it is not activated

I recently purchased a itunes card at a local CVS pharmacy. My receipt says th card is activated, but when i went to redeem it on itunes, it did not work

How long ago did you contact iTunes Support ? It can take up 24 (possibly 48) hours for you to get a proper reply from them. If it's been longer than that then contact them again via the link on that page
