I am trying to sell my Iphone 4 with flappy bird installed but would also like to clear everything on the phone but the app. Is this possible?

I have an IPhone 4 that i am trying to sell with Flappy Bird installed. Is there anyway i can clear everything off the phone including my apple ID without deleting the app. Please let me know!

No. Any apps will require your AppleID. You would have trouble selling it anyway.

FYI: That's actually illegal. You don't have the right to transfer the license for the app to someone else.
