Q: Loop's won't download?

I run mavericks, tried to update the loops a bunch of times. everytime it seems that it has been downloaded just fine but then loops do still not appear in GarageBand. App Store keeps telling me that loops are available for download even though I have just updated the very same version for about 7times already.
