Q: What exactly is happening here?

My week old 27" iMac is having a few issues. It has 1TB fusion drive and 32 gb of RAM.

It doesn't seem to happen in the same circumstances. Sometimes I'm watching a movie in VLC or I'm working in Maya or even just browsing the Internet. It has happened more than 5 times in the past week and I'm getting really annoyed. It keeps going to the grey screen with the message "Your computer restarted due to a problem." I always send the report and here it is.

I have called Apple Support, I've reinstall the OS plus did all the diagnosis that said my computer is fine. Nothing to report.

So what is happening here?! I would like some solid answers.
