What exactly is happening here?

My week old 27" iMac is having a few issues. It has 1TB fusion drive and 32 gb of RAM.It doesn&#x27;t seem to happen in the same circumstances. Sometimes I&#x27;m watching a movie in VLC or I&#x27;m working in Maya or even just browsing the Internet. It has happened more than 5 times in the past week and I&#x27;m getting really annoyed. It keeps going to the grey screen with the message "Your computer restarted due to a problem." Thats a kernel panic http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3742Probably caused by faulty ram. There are several threads on here regarding new iMacs with 32gb of ram, both from Apple and some third parties, that are having panics.
