these ads just pops up and soemtimes with voice in the background. how do i get rid of them? already have avast, but nothing is showing up(full system scanned). 😟

Safari menu > Reset Safari...
Make it look like this
Block popup windows in Safari menu > Preferences... > Security
If you are not using Safari research equivalent actions for the above.

Get rid of Avast. It's a waste of your time, money, and system resources. As you already determined it's 100% worthless for this sort of problem or any other for that matter.
Use Avast's uninstaller. It's the only thing it does effectively.
