Q: Cannot connect Bluetooth

I was trying to add a new iPhone 5c to my new Santa Fe Sport Bluetooth, and I managed to connect  it then didn't have any audio when I made a call so I wanted to disconnect and rejoin.  I went into the iPhone settings & clicked forget this device. Now I can't connect at all. Can anyone help me?!

You will have to go into the vehicle settings and remove the iPhone. Then put the vehicle back into discovery/pairing mode, then turn on Bluetooth on the phone. That puts it into discovery/pairing mode and the two should "discover" each other. Follow the rest of the directions from the vehicle manual for entering a passcode if necessary.

Hi. Chris, thanks for your reply.  I've removed the iPhone in the vehicle settings, turned off the car and phone and then tried to pair.  It will not connect to the iPhone.  I wondered if it's because I pushed the button under the iPhone Bluetooth settings on the car description (there is a little i where the the vehicle description is, and when I click it there is a button that says "forget this device".).

You should forget the device in the car, so you can get a fresh setting. Forget the iPhone in the car, then put the car back into discovery/pairing mode. Once you have done that, then turn the Bluetooth on in the phone to put it in discovery/pairing mode. They should see each other then. You may need to check your vehicle manual to find out how to put it in pairing mode.
