Apple compatible hybrid phone

Hello Everyone,

I'm trying to find a good solution for our office to upgrade our phone system, and I'm hoping that there is something out there like iPECS server that is streamlined to work with an office running on all Macs. For that matter, I'd love to know if the iPECS can be integrated in to a Mac environment.

The things that we need are:

- Compatible with Land Lines (VOIP is not an option due to inconsistent call quality)

- Phone extensions (at least a dozen)

- Call forwarding to Cell phones

- The ability to record call on demand, but not all the time.

- The ability to receive and manage voicemails with MacOS or iOS

- The ability to record messages, and hold 'music'

If anyone has some experience to share, I will be most grateful.
