how to text to non apple cell phone

i need to text or Imessage Android cell phones using my Mac Pro how do I set this up? I use iMassage to and from Apple phones/computers now with no problems?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

Messages (iMessage) is only for Mac products to Mac products.


You can send SMS txt from your email:
