I have early Mac OS X syste, I have rest password for user. Another name of mine is also listed as administrator but I cannot get in to change its password as I forgot it. Tried restarting from disc and won't let me go anywhere. I get spinning wheel lots.
I have early Mac OS X system. My printer for some reason keeps asking for an administrators password to resume printing . When the PW is given it says I am not an administrator. In sysytems, I see 2 names, both of them used by me. the one for adm I cannpt remember pw or get to where I can reset it. How do I fix this if possible? I hope I am clear enough.
