iBooks For Mavericks - No Store Button

Can someone explain this... No Store Button?

running Mavericks 10.9.1 and iBooks 1.0.1 (latest)

I can get Books from the iTunes Store then have iBooks "Move Them from iTunes" Menu Item

But that's all No LIBRARY No Store Button...

Repaired Permissions, Ran Onyx & Clean My Mac (latest versions)

???? C'mon Apple I've never had so many problems since upgrading from Mountain Lion (Best OS Ever)
