I can't sync songs to my ipod (5th gen)
It's not shown in the device. I've done all the suggestions like uncheck/check then sync, restart, and reset settings.

I tried everything but still not working. 😟
Did you:
- Restore from backup. See:
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.
