SYNCING KEEPS FAILING

Every time I try to sync my iPnone with pc, it keeps on saying that the pc is not authorized though it is, n i deauthorized n reauthorized it but still it won't work, what should i do now

iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.4, HP Pro book 450

I tried all the steps described in the 1st link but still the apps won't sync...

This has something to do with 10.9.2 update. It was working before after the yesterdays update it broke something. Any fix would be great.
