itunes not showing songs

I was notified that there was an update to itunes. Downloaded the new itunes and my computer crashed. after uninstalling and reinstalling, computer would not start. I took my PC to repair $130, and they got it going again and installed itunes.

Now, itunes works but does not show any of the music that is still on my computer.

How do I show itunes where the music is located? Read the instruction but still could not figure it out.
