voiceover fails to install on windows 8.1
iTunes 11.1.4.62 fails to install VoiceOver on my Windows 8.1 OS for my iPOD Shuffle
iPod shuffle (4th generation late 2012), Windows 8
I don't know about Windows, but on a Mac when I connect iPod, under the summary tab in iTunes is a box to enable VoiceOver and then hit apply to save changes.
