MacBook and iPad libraries do not match iPhone library

Hi everyone; first time post/question, so hope someone can help...

I have had my iPhone 4S over a year now, and my MacBook Pro since not too long after. All of the music that shows up in my iTunes on my phone is what I want all of my iTunes libraries to show (I also own an iPad Air), but not all of it shows despite synicing over iCloud by Wifi and also when my phone has been connected to my MacBook by USB many times.

Is there a way for me to get all the music on my phone to show up on my MacBook and iPad? I have more music on my phone than is showing on the other two.
