Feb 20, 2014 11:54 AM in response to wfscby pedro d,★HelpfulHello there, wfsc.
I would start by restarting the device following the information found in this Knowledge Base article:
Apple TV: How to restart your Apple TV
http://support.apple.com/kb/ht3180
If the issue persists you can report a problem to the iTunes Store support directly with this article:
How to report an issue with your iTunes Store, App Store, Mac App Store, or iBooks Store purchase
http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1933
To report an issue with your iTunes Store, App Store, Mac App Store, or iBooks Store purchase, follow these steps:
- Find the email receipt for your purchase.
- Click Report a Problem under the app that is having the issue.
- When prompted, enter the Apple ID and password you used to purchase the item, then click Report a Problem.
- Click Report a Problem next to the item you are having an issue with.
- From the Choose Problem dropdown menu, choose the appropriate issue.
- Follow the onscreen instructions and—if prompted—type a description of the problem into the text field.
- Click Submit to have your issue reviewed.
You can also verify you are signed in with the same account in the Apple TV settings.
Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities.
Cheers,
Pedro.

Feb 23, 2014 2:05 AM in response to pedro dby wfsc,Hi Pedro,
thank you for your advice.
I restarted my Apple TV and double-checked to be sure, that i use the correct Apple-ID.
Unfortunately, the used Apple-ID is correct and restarting the device also did not fix the problem.
I created a service request to the Apple customer support as you described in your reply.
Thanks again.
Best regards
wfsc
