DESKTOP ..won’t show iPhoto albums in selections!

I have always used. and iPhoto album I specficially have set up for desktop. It can be delayed to show up

with a OSX change but then always does. NO WAY on Mavericks. So I created a whole new folder and put it in

pictures..BUT I don't want to do that. Now I get my pictures on primary desktop but random junk on all my other desktops.

How do I get every desktop to use one of my iPhoto DESKTOP album photos?
