Q: iPhone 5s blue screen..stuck in dfu mode..can't restore.

I was charging my jailbroken 5s and it randomly went to the blue screen of death and I tried to put the phone into DFU mode which then appears. However, when I try to restore in iTunes the process starts but then reverts back to the blue screen and eventually turns off. The phone crashed almost every time during the restore. I got errors 9 and 14 related to the phone restarting in the middle of the restore. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Help greatly appreciated.
