ipod shuffle 4th does not turn on

I have audiobook and podcast in my shuffle.

I was playing button to change menu, I pushed play button and voice button together for 3 sec.

after that it does not reat at all.

only when I push same audio and play buttons together it makes beep noise.

is it broken?
